Rise & Shine is an annual fundraiser bringing together artists, community members, collectors, donors, and friends to celebrate MVCAC's mission to promote and appreciate the arts in our community and schools.
Silent and Live Auctions, Holiday Shopping, Make-A-Gift, Breakfast, AND SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL ARTS! We can't think of a better way to wake up on a crisp December Saturday morning. Can you?
Start things off with coffee and perusing the Silent Auction from 8:30 to 9:00 am. While fueling for the day with a scrumptious breakfast from 9:00 to 10:00, we'll have a small Live Auction. The Silent Auction will continue after the Breakfast, during which time you'll also be able to shop this year's Bazaar for original art and holiday gifts - or stop by one of our local vendors and artists who are offering an on-site Make-A-Gift opportunity for around $10.00 each.
Tickets are only $25.00 each and children 12 and under eat FREE! All proceeds (except for the Make-A-Gift) benefit Maple Valley Creative Arts Council. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE as they will not be sold at the door!
CALL FOR ARTISTS
MVCAC invites artists to submit original work and "experiences", such as a portrait sitting, a home concert, a studio tour, tickets to a performance. You set the minimum bid price and keep 75% of the final bid amount! OR donate 100% of the proceeds and receive an event ticket and vendor space to show and sell your work (a $50 value). Benefits for donating artists include visibility of your work, bio and website to event attendees and on the event website plus social media and email promotion for selected works. Email MVCAC@comcast.net for information and to donate your art or experience package.

Interested in being a Bazaar Vendor or a Make-A-Gift participant? Registration is only $25, includes a six-foot table and two chairs, and you keep 100% of your proceeds. Click on "REGISTER" and sign up as a vendor.
