Art Show dates: June 14 & 15

Artwork Delivery Date: Wednesday, June 11, 8AM to 8PM

Artwork Pick Up Date: Sunday, June 15, 5PM to 7PM

$20 Flat registration fee (not per piece), maximum 3 pieces.
Most mediums will be accepted.
Artwork must be appropriately framed, WIRED, and ready to hang. No clip hardware will be accepted. 3D artwork must be reasonable in weight.
Artwork must not exceed 36" or smaller than 10" when framed.
Entries must be original, have been created in the last two years, and not entered before in Maple Valley Days Arts Fest.
No slides necessary in advance - Original artwork only will be juried. No prints (giclées) except photography or digital manipulations.
Jury show winners will be notified by phone prior to show start date. Provide best number to reach you.
An artist promotional table will be available for promotional materials.
Friday evening June 13 at 7:00PM, an Artists Reception Gala will kick off Arts Festival.
Juried show exhibitors will receive complimentary admission.

All entries will be considered for the Main Juried Show. If artwork is not accepted into the Main Show, specify if Salon Show submission is an option*. Salon Show is exhibit only - no prizes are awarded by festival juror in this category. All artwork must be priced for sale. A 25% commission will be collected for artwork sold. Sales transactions will be administered by the MVCAC on site staff. Buyers will write checks payable to the artist. Artist will pay 25% commission (payable to MVCAC) upon receipt of artwork purchase payment. All transactions will be finalized by show's end.

*If Salon entry is not chosen as an option, artwork will be secured until end of show. Salon entries are eligible for The People's Choice Award.
